Adapt Survival — Terms of Service

By purchasing anything from the Adapt Survival webstore, you agree to the following terms.

1. Digital Purchases
All purchases are for digital items, perks, keys, cosmetics, or other in-game benefits on the Adapt Survival Minecraft server. No physical products will be shipped.

2. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are considered final once the purchased product has been delivered. Refunds are generally not provided for digital products that have already been received or used, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a problem receiving a purchase, please contact server staff so we can assist you.

3. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact Adapt Survival staff before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of store or server privileges, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.

4. Server Rules Still Apply
Purchasing something does not exempt a player from Adapt Survival's rules. Players may still be warned, muted, suspended, or banned for violating server rules.

Being punished or banned from the server does not automatically entitle a player to a refund for previously delivered purchases.

5. Season Resets
Adapt Survival operates using seasonal resets. Unless a product specifically states otherwise, seasonal gameplay items, crate rewards, currency, progression, and other season-based content may be reset at the beginning of a new season.

Products specifically advertised as permanent will remain available according to their product description.

6. Premium Crate Keys
Premium crate keys provide access to the associated premium crate. Players may select their reward from the available options in that crate. Available rewards may change between seasons or as the server is updated and balanced.

7. Product Changes
Adapt Survival may reasonably adjust in-game items, perks, commands, features, or balancing when necessary for server balance, updates, compatibility, or gameplay. We will not intentionally remove a permanent paid benefit without providing an appropriate replacement where reasonably possible.

8. Account Responsibility
Players are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username and other required information when making a purchase. Adapt Survival is not responsible for purchases delivered to the wrong account because incorrect information was provided.

9. Server Availability
We cannot guarantee that Adapt Survival will be available at all times. Maintenance, technical problems, updates, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect access to the server or purchased benefits.

10. Agreement
By completing a purchase through the Adapt Survival webstore, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service
