About Adapt Survival

First, Thank You.

Before anything else, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who chooses to support Adapt Survival.

Whether you purchase something from the store, invite a friend, participate in the community, or simply spend your time playing on the server, your support means more to us than you may realize.

Adapt Survival exists because of its players, and our goal is to build a server that we would genuinely want to play ourselves.

Player Experience Comes First

One of the most important principles behind Adapt Survival is maintaining a fair playing field.

That is why we have chosen to remain a non-pay-to-win server.

We understand that this decision limits many of the ways Minecraft servers traditionally make money. There is intentionally less reason for players to spend money here because we don't want someone to gain a major gameplay advantage simply because they are willing or able to spend more.

Our store is instead focused on cosmetics, supporter packages, and other optional ways to support the server.

Your experience on Adapt should be determined by how you play—not how much money you spend.

No Gambling With Paid Crates

We also wanted to approach paid crates differently.

When you purchase a key for our premium crate, you aren't paying for a random chance at the item you actually want. You get to choose your reward.

We intentionally removed the gambling aspect from our paid crates because we don't want players repeatedly spending money hoping to get lucky.

We would rather be upfront about exactly what you're purchasing.

Where Does Your Money Go?

At this time, 100% of the money generated by the Adapt Survival store goes directly back into the server.

Store revenue is first used to help cover expenses such as:

Server hosting • Premium plugins • Development costs • Startup costs • Server services and maintenance

Once those expenses are covered, additional funds will continue being reinvested into growing and improving Adapt Survival.

That may include things such as new player-experience features, development, community giveaways, marketing, media/content creation, advertising, and potentially compensating staff members who help make the server possible.

At this time, we do not plan to take personal profit from the server store.

Our priority is building Adapt Survival and giving the community the best experience we reasonably can.
